  • Regular participation in arbitration proceedings and resolution of commercial relationship disputes for both domestic and international clients.
• Cross-Departmental Support and Consultation:
  • Collaborate with all departments of client companies (personnel, employee relations, customer relations) to provide legal counsel on ongoing matters.
• International and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Manage the legal compliance of foreign entities, ensuring their operations, agreements, and accounting practices align with international laws and treaties.
